At Guryaa, we take pride in the quality of our dolls and accessories. Due to the nature of our products and small-batch sales, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
For purchases made at in-person events, bazaars, or pop-ups, all sales are final at the time of purchase.
